Process:
- Apply online(https://www.citizenservices.gov.bt/st/) or approach Customer Service Desk. Service Receiver must know their CID or Plot Number
- Thromde Building Inspector will contact Service Receiver to fix site inspection appointments.
- Service Receiver should come to office to collect personally upon deposite Nu. 500/-.
