The orientation to the new recruits of SJ Thromde has been organized today with the aim to welcome the candidates into the civil service at large and in particular integrate and assimilate the candidate as a team player in the organization. It is hoped that through such program, they are integrated smoothly into their new role and the organization as a whole. 
Beside familiarizing them with the vision, mission and objectives the Chief/ Heads presented the mandates of each Division and Section ensuring they understand their responsibilities and expectations. Additionally, they were Introduced to the organization- physical, work culture, values and conduct, day-to-day functioning of the Thromde Administration, plans and programs.
The Thromde Administration wish all the new recruits a very warm welcome and fulfilling civil service career ahead.
