This is to notify all the owners and institutional offices under Samdrup Jongkhar Thromde that as of 2022, services charges fees (street light and garbage) were incorporated with the annual property tax and it was collected by Thromde office annually. However, from the year 2023, the Department of Revenue and Customs is responsible for collecting only property taxes, while the Thromde Administration will now collect the garbage and street light fees separately.
