A half day orientation program aimed in fostering networking and relationship-building among new and existing employees and ensuring that new employees feel welcomed, supported, and equipped for success was organized for the new Executive Secretary Mr. Dorji Gyeltshen P and a few new recruits. Introducing organisations mission, vision, and values and offering insight into the organizational culture and work environment, the Division and Section Heads presented their staff profile, mandates, issues and challenges in its day to day functions.
