The logo comprises of a white dragon over the three concentric circles and the three rings. Three circles signify our dedicated service to the Tsa-Wa-Sum; the king, country and the people. 

The colours of the logo are philosophical in nature. The inner green color signifies the natural environment as an integral part of any developmental activities. The mid blue color signifies the vastness of our services that reaches to length and breadth of the whole society. The outermost white colour symbolizes purity, transparency and accountability of public services that we deliver.

The outer yellow ring represents our heartfelt gratitude to His Majesty the Druk Gyalpo.

The middle orange ring represents our vision of developmental works as deeply rooted into the philosophy of Mahayana Buddhism.

The inner white ring symbolizes the strength and the clarity of the vision: A livable and a vibrant city for happiness of the people

The dragon flyng across the middle of the logo represents dynamism of our vision that we endeavor to fulfill with never-ending innovation and new ideas.
