The Public Consultation meeting was held on June 13, 2023 led by Dasho Thrompon, Offtg. Executive Secretary and other officials under Samdrup Jongkhar Thromde ( Dewathang and Samdrup Jongkhar) on the formulation of the 13th Five Year Plan : primarily to integrate the local governance plans and projects with the national programs.

The consultation meeting enables the communities to articulate their concerns and identify the programs.
