To foster a sense of spiritual well-being and promote ethical values among employees, the HR section organized a religious preaching program led by Venerable Lam Neten on November 29th at the Thromde Tshogde hall.
This initiative has been designed to create a positive impact on the overall work environment by integrating religious teachings into the daily routines of the employees. By incorporating religious preaching into the workplace, employees are encouraged to reflect on their spiritual well-being and to practice ethical values in their interactions with others.
In addition to the spiritual benefits, all participants received a kago, a traditional Bhutanese blessing for good health and prosperity.
