The Hon’ble Chairperson of the Royal Civil Service Commission (RCSC), accompanied by officials, visited Samdrup Jongkhar Thromde and held an engaging interactive session with civil servants. During the session, Dasho shared His Majesty The King’s vision of an Enlightened Entrepreneurial Bureaucracy, as addressed to the Nation during the 117th National Day. Dasho also shared that, following the Royal Address, the Strategic Roadmap E2B10X was developed and highlighted the five thrust areas of the roadmap.
Dasho emphasized the need to equip leaders with the necessary skills to become high-impact leaders. Dasho further underscored the importance of a robust Performance Management System (PMS) in nurturing high-performing civil servants. The importance of effective communication, teamwork, breaking down silos, and strengthening public service delivery was also highlighted.
The session concluded with an open question-and-answer discussion.
