The official joining of the new Executive Secretary took place today in the presence of Dasho Thrompon. On the occasion, Dasho Dzongdag, who previously served as the Executive Secretary, formally handed over the charge.
Coinciding with an auspicious Zakar, Mr. Karma Namgyel officially assumed office as the Executive Secretary of Samdrup Jongkhar Thromde Administration. Prior to joining Samdrup Jongkhar Thromde, he served as the Executive Secretary of Thimphu Thromde, bringing with him valuable experience in municipal administration and public service.
