Samdrup Jongkhar Thromde, 31 March 2026. The Mid-Term Review of the 13th Five Year Plan (FYP) for Samdrup Jongkhar Thromde was conducted today chaired by the Minister of Agriculture and Livestock. The session was attended by the respective members of parliament and officials from OCASC, MoF, and RCSC.
The review provided an important platform to assess progress, address challenges, and evaluate overall performance of planned activities. It also served as a key opportunity to recalibrate strategies and reinforce commitments towards achieving the 13th FYP targets.
