This is to notify all the property owners under Thromde jurisdiction that the service charge payment for the year 2025 will commence from 1st November to 31st December 2025.
Therefore property owners are requested to make the payment by visiting the Thromde Administration Office during office hours.
Please note that failure to make payment within the due date shall attract a penalty of 24% per annum on the outstanding amount. All concerned building owners are therefore urged to make timely payments to avoid penalties.
